Changzhou Taiyi Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Hudong Town, 20 kilometers away from Changzhou airport and enjoys a convenient transportation network. We deal in the manufacturing and sales of different kinds of corduroy materials.

We have two factories, namely the weaving mill and the cutting plant. The weaving mill, the manufacturing center of corduroy grey cloth, possesses a fixed asset worth USD222,000 and its manufacturing workshops cover an area of 3,300 square meters, with 300 sets speedy rapier looms. There are 20 engineers and technicians among the 150 staff.

The cutting plant, the downstream processing base of corduroy grey cloth, possesses a fixed asset worth USD2,200,000, and the manufacturing workshop covers a area of 132,000 square meters, with 25 sets imported fearnought machines, 2 sets collating cloth machines, 2 sets fabric dryers, and 3 sets gassing frames. There are 150 staffs in this factory, among who are 20 engineers and technicians.


The main corduroy we produce are ordinarily corduroy, stretchy weft corduroy, stretchy warp corduroy, double-thread resilient corduroy, pattern corduroy, T/C corduroy, pigment dyeing corduroy, R/C corduroy, printed corduroy, knot-dyeing corduroy, and marked device corduroy. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, the US, Korea and other countries and regions.

Besides, we have considerable efficient and capable documentary clerks. They investigate our factories and get the firsthand materials and statistics in order to solve any problems they find. We have introduced standard quality control systems. Regarding quality as our life and reputations as our soul, we are determined to turn out highly qualified products.
